Tint to Win – Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter
   The promoter of this competition is We Tint Windows, Unit 1, 77 Moss Street, Slacks Creek, Brisbane QLD 4127. Phone: (07) 3808 8747. ABN: 95 659 242 636.

2. Promotion Period
   The promotion begins at 8:00am AEST on 1 October 2025 and closes at 4:00pm AEST on 31 October 2025 (“Promotion Period”).

3. Eligibility

   • Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.

   • Employees of We Tint Windows and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

4. How to Enter

   • Customers who have their vehicle tinted with We Tint Windows during the Promotion Period will automatically receive one (1) entry into the draw.

   • Only fully paid bookings completed within the Promotion Period are eligible.

5. Prize

   • There is one (1) prize to be won: a HiSense 85” Q6QAU 4K QLED Smart TV.

   • The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

6. Draw Details

   • The winner will be determined by random draw at We Tint Windows, Unit 1, 77 Moss St, Slacks Creek QLD 4127 at 5pm AEST on 31 October 2025.

     The draw will be conducted fairly and randomly by a representative of the Promoter.

     The draw will be streamed on instagram live @wetintwindows

7. Winner Notification

   • The winner will be contacted by phone within 2 business days of the draw.

   • If the winner cannot be contacted within 14 days, the prize will be redrawn.

8. Prize Collection

   • The prize must be collected from We Tint Windows at the above address unless otherwise agreed.

   • Proof of identity may be required before the prize is released.

9. General Conditions

   • The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or does not comply with these Terms and Conditions.

   • The Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered as a result of entering the promotion or accepting the prize, except for liability which cannot be excluded by law.

   • By entering this competition, entrants agree to allow their name and image to be used for promotional purposes related to this competition, without compensation.

10. Privacy

    • Personal information collected in connection with this competition will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy and used solely for the purpose of conducting the competition and related promotional activities.
